Join Jordan for a Trauma-Conscious Yoga Workshop: Living with Anxiety.
Anxiety can show up in a lot of different ways, both mentally and physically. It could lead to a dysregulated nervous system, insomnia, panic attacks, and persistent feelings of overwhelm. In this 2 hour class, we’ll explore a collection of Yoga methodologies that are effective for releasing anxiety and improving overall mental health. For the asana practice, we will move through a gentle flow and end with a guided meditation.
Jordan is a Trauma-Conscious Yoga Instructor with The Trauma-Conscious Yoga Institute. The Trauma-Conscious Yoga Method is a healing modality that integrates trauma-informed yoga and somatic psychotherapy practices. Trauma-informed yoga provides survivors with a safe, supportive space to reclaim their bodies and empower their own healing and trauma resolution.
