Using a chair as our foundation, we’ll explore gentle yoga, joint-friendly movement, affirmations, and deep relaxation to help you feel steadier, more open, and at ease.
Guided by gentle, supported movements that prioritize ease, stability, and mindful awareness, this practice is ideal for all bodies, all ages, and all levels of experience—especially if you’re new to yoga, returning after time away, or seeking a calmer approach to movement.
