This prenatal yoga class offers a supportive space to move, breathe, and connect with your changing body throughout all stages of pregnancy. Together we’ll focus on mobility, breath awareness, and deep rest — while honoring the wisdom of your body. Yoga during pregnancy can help: ease common discomforts like low back pain, hip tension, and swelling; support pelvic floor awareness and core stability; improve circulation and reduce stress; encourage better sleep and nervous system regulation; and help to prepare the body and mind for labor and birth. In class, expect gentle, functional movement, hip and low back support, breathwork for grounding and labor preparation, and intentional rest. Options and modifications will always be offered so you can move in a way that feels safe and empowering for you and baby. All trimesters welcome.
