Embodied Boundaries is an experiential workshop for women who have a hard time setting boundaries and struggle to say no.  Setting boundaries is an essential relationship skill that allows us to love ourselves and our partners, friends, and family members at the same time.  Many women want to get better at setting boundaries but struggle knowing how to or feel afraid  giving voice to them. In this experiential workshop, we will explore how boundary setting starts in the body.  With body awareness, boundaries can come with more ease and less fear. In this workshop, participants will explore boundaries and personal limits through movement, breath, voice, and supported partner exercises, and will learn to express their NOs (and YES's!) with confidence and clarity.
