A slowed down, intentional and gentle flow for beginners and advanced practitioners alike to connect with Divine spirit, breathe in harmony and arrive back home again. Mar'Kee weaves in mantra, mudra, and pranayama in class to help participants attain union.  Crystal singing bowl may be played during savasana as well as use of yoga nidra and other guided mediations.
