Intuitive Flow - All Levels - Very Mild Heat

Self guided yoga flow focused on intuitive movement and taking what you need from the practice. Class is loosely structured and cueing is minimal. Intensity is whatever you desire - from very active to gentle,  All levels welcome including those with physical limitations,  some familiarity with the postures is necessary.
