Somatic soul: Healing Yoga - Level 1

Come home to yourself in this nurturing, beginner friendly class.  We'll begin with a grounding warm up before moving into gentle somatic shapes and movements that invite you to slow down and listen to your body.  Restorative options lead us towards deep rest, renewal and an overall sense of ease.  You'll be gently guided to move in ways that feel supportive and nourishing, reconnecting with your body and breath along the way.  Georgia's calming presence creates a warm and compassionate space where you can soften, release and simply be.
