Tai Chi is a mind/body practice developed in ancient China. During this course, you will discover what a Tai Chi practice is, and all the benefits you can achieve with regular practice.
It can be a socially fun exercise or your own personal journey. Learn to improve health, physical, emotional, mental, and even spiritual. Develop focus, inner relaxation, and calmness. Physically, Tai Chi gives you coordination and balance. Tai Chi can be a solitary practice, or it can be practiced with another student, such as a family member or friend, who is also learning.
This is a 5 week series, please plan to include all sessions, if possible.
Bring water to drink and dress in comfortable clothing and footwear.
No flip flops. No yoga mat required.
